Being able to help out
Scheduling, treatment towards employees, training, and contribution to work on the floor.
That it was interactive with the floor and allowed me to meet potential coworkers
My coworkers (mainly sales advisors) work collaboratively and always try to help one another out. There's always understanding when someone is having trouble.
I am the only one at my store that covers shifts for people. I'm also one of the only few that extends hours even if I have plans. I sacrifice a lot of my time to help my team as well as the few, and we feel ignored.
