Caring about employees. Managers wouldn’t even greet employees. As soon as they clocked out they’d act like you were nonexistent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store manger and department manager was just very rude and non-caring. They’d demand a professional environment but would pick on employees who wouldn’t stick up for themselves.
