Not a lot of workers scheduled properly, overworked pickiing up slack from upper management

Comfortablity; no pressure; questions were nothing out of the norm and stuck to the basics of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some workers get paid higher and put in minimum work. The workers that work hard rarely get recognition while those who slack get a pass. Being compensated the appropriate amount and recognized for hard work would be appreciated.
