At my store they hire low quality people and they do not want to learn. Hire better people!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nicer staff, more benefits, company needs to give back to their workers, managers need to hear our needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The managers do not care about the workers, they make working at H&M even harder. Workers are scheduled long hard hours for bad pay and bad experiences. I love H&M but I can't work there much longer if the brand doesn't give back to their staff.
