Team work. Ability to follow the lead. Effective communication. Keeping things simple. Embracing diversity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that i was enabled to speak about myself and show my experience as it is not so possible in an online application form.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued as the workload increases and responsibility increases the compensation has remained stagnant and not even in line with inflation. Having a compensation scale that is based on the living wage and competes with other fashion retailers would be beneficial.
