Price products accordingly and stop micromanaging taxpros and treating taxpros like they are only data entry workers. Get rid of tax pros that leveled up by testing out of it, there is rampant cheating going on regarding this. One is a level 5 than cannot do a level 1 return correctly half the time.
They don't value the employees and the clients.
a tax pro that has worked here for 20 years thinks she can cuss and yell at clients. but she gets mad when they dont want to see her anymore.
Adjust the pay and improve the work environment
Customers aren't given a chance to interact with front desk staff, they tend to be old clients who skip the process of checking in etc.
Change of everybody!!!! New management. Give the oportunity to grow

They know that we are no longer a franchise and that corporate Owens and dictates everything. .
Put the worker bees who pay your bloody salary first. Give them the time to treat the clients as well as you preach you do. Go back n listen to Henry and Richard. They would be ashamed of what Block is doing to the clients. Transferring clients to strangers to do the return. That's Disgraceful
Prices are so high for a normal tax return .
H&R Block is becoming a joke. A vulture on society.
Our owner needs to care about our office. She needs to actually come visit & see how we run things.
They are being lied too. We are told to tell them we can't use coupons or it comes out of our pay, peace of mind is free yet y'all are forcing them to pay.
