How employees describe working at Hallmark
What I value most is the variety of card selections...most religious oriented works.
I'm happy with the flexibility, but the pay is low and advancement and increases. Don't exist so far.

not applicable. As an RM, I work 20 hours on high season and about 7 on regular weeks.
What's the Sales team like at Hallmark?
I don’t work with them.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Hallmark?
I do not personally interact with leadership on the Sales team. However, there should be more feedback and input desired from people who are actually working on the floor of retails were the sales take place. Usually when a product comes in I know if it will sell or not. I feel it is a huge waste of money to receive product that won’t sell and then a few weeks later to have to discard it. Hallmark could save so much money with better communication between RMs and TSs interested in participating in product selection.
