What did you like most about the interview process?
Prompt progression from one fundamental element of the interviewing process to the other. I was completely vetted and hired in less than 2 days, software and product trained remotely in less than 2 weeks; and working hands on in my first 2 stores directly following that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team leaders afford me with an extremely flexible schedule. I am a parent first and a Hallmarker second. They give me a structured guideline for product and hours and I plan my work day/week based around that. I am also allowed creative freedom in situations when product is unavailable.
