Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employees paid more than old.

I don't feel undervalued, the pay is ok for what we do and there is a small raise each year but there are no benefits for part time workers and you could make more working elsewhere.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We go to other locations to do our work so this changes daily based on where you are working that day. This can be a good thing

Comfortable , it was at the store I started at. Very simple

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The reason the pay is low is because the job is very flexible. It is perfect for mom's etc. However they are making the job less and less flexible. Soon it won't make sense to work for less and we will all go work where the pay is better.
