What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's on par with other PT jobs, it even includes minimal life insurance. The hourly wage should be higher though

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay is excellent. I would like to recieve more benefits, relating to health insurance and 4O1k options for PT positions.
