Everyone communicates with each other about things that need to get done and work on.

I like my direct leadership team. They are always professional and care about me personally. I do not have interactions to the executive leadership, therefore I can not rate them.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better leadership in general. Hire leaders that know how to do an exceptional job & have high standards. Leaders that listen to their employees input & focus on building a dream team. Working together as one focused united team. Someone that can make great decisions & is able to improvise if needed.

they need to give back to the community and encourage their employees to make goals and start up fundraisers for their community. My town was hit from the fires and Hallmark did NOT help the community.

Hallmark only hires part time merchandisers when some of the retailers could use more hours for the merchandisers in their stores to get the work accomplished. Merchandisers aren't given enough hours in some of the stores to get the job done properly.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Initial vetting occurred during covid mandates, so I really liked that they offered a (pre-call) text version of the interview l.
