This company does not care about their field employees at all. They sit at home while the rest are fed to the wolves. Hallmark is a huge waste of space in this world who cannot even bother to become e more sustainable. They need to be shut down and charged with abuse of basic human rights.

Communication with the field employees. Responding to them would be key.

Hallmark is the most unethical company out there. They need to learn to care about their employees that actually work...not sit at a desk.
