Hours aren't great but it's a great side hustle and very fun to work for. Managers are very aggressive for no reason, and ive had a few. Wish management was more relaxed and less of a dictator. Its a greeting card company, no need to scream in my face for small mistakes. Great company overall

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is generally low, and it makes the turnover rate very high. Customers can be very picky and managers dont help with their agressive management style. Id deal with it if i was paid more than pennies a day. No full time available is a huge bummer
