I enjoy seeing what has sold and seeing if a way I presented the merchandise helped to sell more. I also love to see the new products.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The higher up and farther away from the stores the less they comprehend the reality of what it takes to do a great job and what products would best sell in a specific store.
