So bad i'm on the verge of quitting and not looking back.

Don't make it so easy, that how they let too many bad employees in.

The management themselves need to get it together so local store managers know what they're doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's because of lazy management, and working with lazy people. I feel like i'm the only one working even when theres 5+ scheduled each shift.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being so lazy, actually train their new employees. They also need to treat their employees better. The pay is terrible, no bonus or time and a half for working on holiday, it's ridiculous.
