Not much. The 3rd party interviewing company doesn't match the right personality to the position.

The accounts we service and their Mangement teams are Amazing for exception to most Wal-Mart managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have high Morals, work Ethics and Standards. We pull together as a team if someone needs help or encouragement. They are dependable, reliable and trustworthy and represent Hallmark very well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hallmark is pushing a political agenda and Hallmark Channel has deviated from core family values and clean viewing for ALL members of the Family. They are promoting the world's view and are flipped when opposition arises.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staying focused on Hallmark Cards and products, get out of the world. Get into their territories and listen to their teams. They would grasp issues if they worked with the handheld devices and worked accounts
