What do you like best about the leadership team? Some are great. Upper tends to really not care about feasible options for the changes they want to make. They want free, permanent solutions and that's just not possible
What did you like most about the interview process?I didn't have to interview because I was recruited to be at my firm.
What makes you most happy at work?Lunchtime and 5:00 p.m. when I can punch my timecard and go home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Don't get stock options. Stopped handing out bonuses this year or filling positions that were necessary and left vacant, so everyone else gets to pick up slack. I expect a 10% raise this year due to inflation and some small merit based increase that I'm sure only execs will get. Health insurance ?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yearly review and or feedback
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better compensation (things beyond salary)
