the bonus structure - hourly wage nothing to brag about but the bonus for performance is competitive -

Love to offer assistnane - love to laugh and are down to earth people - amazing team !!

My leadership team has different personalities and strengths that when combine they cover every area - my leadership team is pretty amazing

professional , yet personable - i was nervous as i am horrible in interviews , but i felt i was able to just relax and be myself
What makes you most happy at work?
i love when i am actually able to help a member get their account current - and get back on vacation - i have several members that i have worked with for long periods and when they finally are able to become current i am as excited as them - i have members who cant pay and when they can they call me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
you have to have a positive attitude or you will be taken out fast - this is a mundane job if you allow negativity - you will not last - we listen tp phones ringing - voicemails - when i do get someone on the line - i better be positive - or i will lose them - we keep each other going with our bante
