Speaking with guests. Sharing our experience with each other. In my department I worked with my friends and groupmates from university, it was the best what happened it that time
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my friends and get experience from my F&B manager assistant and from my supervisor. Learning other direction (eg: I learned a lot if stuff from bartenders and barista)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Service charge which we got only 2 or 3 times within one year of work. Even if we did not work during the quarantine period, we received half of our salary
