We have a team who is able to do multiple tasks and are trained. Im proud of it. As said before can i get an apartment with it. Walmart is said to pay more. So I think leadership can lead with a livable wage for all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be at least 15. What would make me feel better is if the company would show us they cared like they used to. We would have parties christmas parties events to show appreciation and now its a potluck. No plexiglass during a pandemic. The little things count
