
Management needs improved at my hotel.
I have already stated the biggest issues is management.
Honestly it isn't great at all. Other companies are way better, Magna Hospitality is a joke to work for.
Communicating effectively, listening to employees needs, taking ownership for mistakes, being flexible for staff, and not yelling when something is wrong.
The coworkers work hard but become frustrated with management when they state a problem over and over again and nothing gets done.
It was super easy which actually isn't a positive. The interview process is too quick and they hire any applicant that shows up.
