I worked at Hilton Downtown Cleveland. The management is horrible and the head Human Resources lady is the worst of them all.

They are very nice and hardworking.

Communication and honesty. Most of everybody are liars and unapproachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise which I'll probably never get because we're union.
