We are a franchise hotel. Our management is not very good. I would love to work for corporate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guests and talking to people from everywhere.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, and blowing events out of the water for my clients. Showing the Hilton way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been with them for 5 years we all work great together. It's keeping a GM or finding one with experience.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
First i would say that my GM needs to learn HR and not ask people questions that you shouldn't ask in interviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are one team, even if its not your department we all jump in and help each other out. We are all we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly I am training a GM and im getting paid pennies for the load i carry. Everyone staff here at our hotel is under paid so we cant keep housekeeping staff or other departments.
