What needs to change to make the company culture better?
PAY! GOOD PAY MAKES ALL THE NEGATIVES ABOUT A JOB DISAPPEAR. Paying a livable wage would be nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The GM needs to not run around like a chicken with its head cut off. Dude is everywhere and his mind is more so. Management needs to keep an eye on inflation and adjust pay as needed. Pay more. Everyone should be making a minimum of 30,000 a year. Even that is poverty level tho.
