I won't recommend anything because those people will never change and they will never try to improve and become positive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The incentives that I was supposed to be getting this year was a really good amount but every time leadership or management manipulate the systems so that all staff especially ones they don't like lose out on incentives and I've seen them do it in person when they thought I wasn't taking note.
