What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We dont demonstrate our frustration. We still aim to please our guest and give the service they deserve.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The woman who did my interview was amazing. She didnt just toss me in the fire. Although, she didnt stay long herself. She resigned not long after.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got to work five nights a week. Do my line cook work as well as the dishwashers job. Thats two jobs for the price of one. My check NEVER looks like the work ive done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting each other. The General manager is ver nasty and rude! He play fights with his emplyees and doesn't allow them to defend themselves aginst an accidental kick (while hes play fighting. The female kitchen manager literally drinks/pops pills on the job every shift. While residing at the job!
