Very good work environment but I am very underpaid for working 5 years at one location!

Helping guests and making their stay as positive as possible.

Everyone genuinely cares about each other, and we are all willing to help each other out if needed!

We all have each other's back for the most part and we help each other out if ever needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Current GM is not the one that hired me cause this is the 3rd or 4th GM that I've had while working at this location. I have seen and heard the current techniques of my current GM and they a vastly superior to the GM that hired me about 5 years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked the Night Audit at this one location for about 5 years straight and I just recently got my pay raised barely above $16 per hour! That is NOT on par with fast food or any business in the areas STARTING pay. Multiple recent hires that No Longer work for us were given more pay to start!
