The great teamwork. From the managers to the supervisors to the attendants, the team work really pays off and helps everything go smoothly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many different cultures that overlap and make everything work together. Certainly the many different points of view in a situation help for the greater good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have one of the best teams in the world, even though some times they opt for the cheapest option instead of the greater one, they really show that they care about you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like for the company to be a little more human. Days off when I'm sick should not be counted as a fault, and I should not be sent home when I could be making overtime. Other than that, everything has been great.
