Making that connection with the customer. Observing, deducing, interacting or taking cue to disengage. Anticipating need and having it at the ready !
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My greatest reward is the connection w' our guest. It is the human element that must be present in all interactions. If they are not there I am not there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts when I come through the employee entrance and is embodied throughout the Hotel ! We provide sanctuary to world travelers in a big city . I am so happy to be a member of the team that provides that !
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a team when the demand arises ! We are out of work now and part of The Great American Shutdown . I understand and accept our responsibility as ambassadors of hospitality to not contribute to the current pandemic. We will come back we did after 9-11 we will get through this to provide luxury !
