Nothing really! Need to stop micro managing and get to the real issues.

Whole building needs to be remodeled and the work force needs to come back so we hire people that care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better insurance. I pay almost $800 a month but then need to pay $217 just to see a dr because I have to have to pay $6000 before it really kicks in
