make sure they actually know how to clean and understand the meaning of clean.

i do more work then my executive housekeeping boss , every day i work my tail off while she sits and complains about helping her staff.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

everything is wrong about this place from management down to the employees. cant clean to save their life , attitudes and respect is not placed when being polite. nobody listens to the things that guest complaining about but nobody cares.
