Taking time to have meaningfully productive meetings and interactions with employees and give them time to get up to speed actually

It could be a much more positive environment where things could really get done and it could be a limitlessly promising team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers need to respect physical and verbal boundaries, not use profanity or make inappropriate comments or share their own personal information with their coworkers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Without gratuities from guests the compensation would be a lot less than what it is but unfortunately I was not paid for the work I did for this company
