We don't have any consistant meeting, usually we find out if something changed when we come into work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees when they have an issue and actually try to fix it instead of saying i'll look at it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm paid minimum wage for a skill set that requires a college degree. Its stressful and the working environment at times can be hostile
