LISTENING THE THE REGULAR WORKERS WHO HAVE DAY TO DAY CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS, AND SHOWING EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION. DON'T JUST TELL US WHAT WE ARE DOING WRONG, BUT WHEN WE ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. YOU NEED TO BOOST EMPLOYEE MORALE AND THIS WOULD HELP
