Slightly understaffed but still a good experience.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their willingness to go above and beyond for guests.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone fills in where needed. It's a team effort.

What makes you most happy at work?

Dealing with happy people. Knowing I'm being paid for the work I do helps too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is like any normal workplace. There are some hiccups with personality types clashing once in awhile but management handles things very professionally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With as much money as a hotel and it's Owner's make, they can afford to pay a few dollars higher for everyone.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was brought into a room where there were 3 managers to interview. At first it was intimidating but they made it fun and took the pressure off.
