Been here for several years and seen many come and go ~ I do what is needed and more but as far as building a retirement by working in this environment that will never happen as no provisions are provided for us even though we have put our hearts and souls into bringing profit to the table ~

We all get along like one big happy family ~ we argue, debate, review and unwind together and collectively we manage to make this work for the rest of the crew ~
