I do meet alot of great people working here. I also have a somewhat good team to work with. I just wish we can do a whole lot more to stay and grow.

Need more pay, and more coverage as far as agents and housekeepers and engineers.

We do look out for each other, sometimes, but only for their advantage and convenience.

They do take care of your needs if you have health or family issues that needs to be taking care of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not only I am a front desk agent, I am also a concierge, a housekeeper, a engineer, and a manager. My pay doesn't even come close to being fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Becoming a Team player when helping other agents with guests. One person checking over 60 people plus the people that are already in house problems, should need more than one person during an 8-10hr shift.
