The autonomy and responsibility I have in my job, the support I receive, and the people I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid for my position and would like medical benefits but not having those things aren't as big of an issue because the company is amazing to work for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that they went through two interviews and then the third meeting was a lunch to see how the team meshed together. It is so important in a job to have a team that you can work with.
