The clients are prioritized, their experience matters to everyone and so we all work as a team to support and teach each other.

Each employee really cares about their work. They hold themselves to very high standards. There is no " pecking order" we just support eachother
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i get to meet amazing people and supporting them in their independence. We respect and care for so many different people with so many different experiences to share.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am able to reach out to management at any time for any reason. The constructive feed back I have recieved has been delivered with respect, and the encouragement and support set employees up for success.
