I feel that the management and office staff cares about me, both personally and in how I work with clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
The clients I work with. They genuinely appreciate having CareGivers to help them with daily tasks that most would take for granted, like personal care, housekeeping, and just having someone to talk to. Many are lonely and don't live near family, so I'm glad that I'm their help.
