The employees and the clients are good. Te management not so much.

We need more and better feedback, better pay and less critical staff.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to have more respect for employees. They have retention issues because of this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay less than other companies. As a result, no one will stay with them. The employees who do stay work massive amounts of overtime as a result.
