I thought when I started working for this company, I finally found a career & a home, I didn't. What I found were people who talked about others behind their backs, lied on others, bent the rules to satisfy themselves. Would not pay for OT although they gave you projects they wanted completed in one

The Franchise Owner and both managers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like one co-worker and the ladies upstairs were very nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire new leaders. The Franchise Owner and Managers do not know how to lead people more less run a business.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The team needs to be educated on how to work as a team that has people in it and they need leadership skills. There were about 6 people that quit after they fired me
