After all of the screening, the final interview is about 2 hrs in a group setting.
Interview process is reasonable. One over one. However the approval process to make an offer causes us to lose qualified candidates
How do the current devs on the team act towards new developers that join?
As mentors. The senior engineers will always help train the junior engineer to help them understand the work process.
Teaming is not an issue. All new ideas wrlcomed
