Not allowed, as best I can tell. I wish we could bring them, though.
How does Hewlett Packard Enterprise measure success and growth in the Engineering department?
No. There is a performance review system but overall even if you are a top 10% performer then in the event of a downsizing you'll be laid off and the company will make no attempt to retain you in another department.
