Phone interview and one in person interview.
What's the company culture like at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Sell what's on the truck, regardless of it being a dinosaur.
What are you most excited about working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Actually getting paid what I'm owed.
How's the vacation policy at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Not difficult.
How's the feedback proccess at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
They listen but they don't care.
How do you feel about going to work at Hewlett Packard Enterprise everyday?
As long as they left me alone and let me do my job, it was great. But, most of they time they were in my hair.
How secure do you feel at your job at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Very, as I was the star producer on my team.
What's the best part of your job at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
The challenges and closing deals. I had easy access to upper management, but they only pretended to care about the issues.
How challenged are you at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Very challenge, as I was selling outdated hardware at inflated prices and I had to do most of my team's work because they were lazy.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Have a strong track record in high-tech sales with proven success, an outgoing personality and big brains.
What's the office layout like at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
We worked from home.
What unique perks and benefits does Hewlett Packard Enterprise provide?
They used to have fleet cars for sales, but they started charging us each month for a partial payment and the amount keeps increasing, so it's not a good deal anymore.
What's the pay like for Sales roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
If you are a professional outside hire, it's competitive. If you work there for 20 years, it is not - since they won't give raises. And then there's the issue of not paying earned and promised commission if they think that you make too much.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Hewlett Packard Enterprise? How many hours are you working?
I was working 75-80 hours a week, but my boss and teammates worked about 20 hours a week.
What's the Sales team like at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Bad morale, due to the reasons in my first answer. Everyone works from home, so there's a lot of non-work going on. Some even have daytime side jobs.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Absolutely terrible! Rather than investing in development, they just FORCE their reps to sell their outdated hardware at inflated prices. They want you to sell a 1975 Chevy Vega at 2017 Cadillac prices. They won't give sales reps raises. They don't pay all of your commission if they think that you make too much. They have guaranteed layoffs every six months.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at HPE?
They need to start over; they've ruined the old HP Way culture long ago. They need to make every decision asking: how will this be received by our employees instead of how will this be received by our share holders.
What do people at HPE think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
They think she is here just to cash out and will be leaving soon. She like the last three or four before her are outsiders who do nothing to make the company healthy in the long term and only make decisions based on share holder value.
How's the work life balance at HPE?
It's pretty good in terms of flexibility to work when works best for you and sometimes from home. But, when you factor in the ever looming threat of being laid off and the stress that causes, I'd say that cancels all else out. HPE == suffering.
What's the office vibe like at Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
Horribly depressing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at HPE?
HPE does not value its actual sales force. Everything the do is geared toward management covering themselves ie. SFDC is so bastardized
What is most positive about the culture and environment at HPE?
Remote worker environment is determined by the BS that Management needs to appease HPE management because they do not know what we do.
What does the leadership team at HPE need to get better at?
Relationship building, product don't sell themselves. How can meg take 35 million bonus and we can get paid. Management are dinasours
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at HPE?
Vegan culture vs MEAT EATERs.meg needs to go don't hire from within Her political affiliations reflect the her socialist Management culture
