Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm only paid minimum wage and I've only gotten raises because our state raised the minimum. Any other company in any other business would pay me twice as much per hour, but I've been in radio for over 30 years since I was in high school and I love the industry.
