The leadership team honestly care about the wellbeing of the company and its people. Happiness seems to come first which is refreshing! There are regular catchups and a real sense of inclusivity and care for people and as a result... profit

My boss is amazing! She's so supportive, driven and knowledgeable and I love working with her. The rest of the leadership team are good to work with, although it lacks diversity and sometimes there is a tendency to quickly change direction with little explanation.
