What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Check with each subordinate for their goals and wether their growth is aligned with the company's growth or not, as sometimes company is growing but the skills of individual is stuck and not being properly utilised which hampers the moral of an employee.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the person who usually perform the most challenging tasks moving to some mundane and boring activities is very demobilising, in addition the current manager doesn't care much about proper architecture, preferring hero programming over proper engineering.

Employees are vigorously asked to come to office/base location, even when there are some issues even when the work can be done from anywhere remotely with the comfort of loved ones and in a greater level of efficiency. The same was observed during COVID lockdown and the company saw a great increase
