He served 17-years with Johnson Controls, He also served positions in Sales Management, Marketing and New Product Development. He has been the Chairman at Ingersoll-Rand Plc since June 2010. He has been an Independent Director of PPG Industries, Inc. since April 16, 2015. He has been a Director of Ingersoll-Rand Company since February 2010 and PPG Industries, Inc., since April 16, 2015. He served as a Director of Iron Mountain Incorporated from July 2007 to May 28, 2015. Mr. Lamach holds Bachelors degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Duke University.
