I love working for Insight Global. I am relatively new so I do wish that I had a bit more hands on development. Things are moving so fast with our booming business quite often we are tossed into the waters with little preparation. It is a great way to learn but can be a little overwhelming too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude of everyone and the ability to really celebrate the small and big wins.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely kind and inclusive. I love how willing every single person is to help and give advice
What makes you most happy at work?
When my co-workers are responsive in a manner that helps me get my own work done. I also love having interactions or virtual chats when we are typically remote and don't get to interact too often. I am most happy when I am productive and social.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership is always there to help. I feel that my personal Sales Manager is looking out for me always. She's supportive of everyone not only on our team but also across the teams in our office, both IGT and IGB as well as new recruiters in nearby offices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the price of living in Los Angeles I do not think I realistically make enough given I work over a 40 hour week every single week. I frequently work round the clock and am asked to do tasks late into the night. I think higher compensation - or more affordable benefits - would make me feel better.
